How long should I expect to spend on this program daily?

SLOW FLOW takes around 30min a day.

Most of the classes are short enough for you to be able to squeeze them in before you start your day, or after a long work session.

However, you are encouraged to spend as much time as you wish on your home practice (15min savasana anyone?)

Will I have access to all the classes after the end of the program?
